How to access kerajitu on mobile
Installation steps
- Download the kerajitu app from our site or open kerajitu.app in your phone's browser.
- On Android, tap Install and grant permission to install from unknown sources; on iOS or web, tap Add to Home Screen from your browser menu.
- Open kerajitu, tap Register or Sign In, and enter your username, email, and password.
- Deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) to start placing bets or spinning slots.
App versus browser: what you get
The kerajitu native app on Android delivers offline cache so you can view your betting history and account balance even if your connection drops momentarily. Push notifications alert you when your withdrawal clears, when a tournament you joined is about to start, and when your KYC verification is complete. The app also preloads slot game assets, so Aviator, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways spin without buffering — especially important during peak hours or on weaker 4G signals in Medan or Semarang.
Our web app and browser version on iOS use the same features: secure login, subject to verification, live-dealer streams, and tournament entry. The browser app syncs your session across all devices, so you can start a bet on your phone and resume on a desktop without signing out. Both paths (app and browser) connect to kerajitu's same backend, meaning your account data, balance, and withdrawal queue are identical whether you are using Android, a web browser, or a Progressive Web App on your home screen.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7 and above, iOS 12 and above, and any smartphone browser that handles modern JavaScript and secure HTTPS connections. If your device is more than five years old or runs an unsupported OS version, we recommend updating your phone's OS or using a newer device to access kerajitu. Device memory of at least 200 MB free space is sufficient for the Android app; for the web app, no installation is required, so storage is not a constraint.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If Android shows "Unknown sources" or blocks the APK, go to Settings → Security or Privacy → Unknown sources, and enable installations from unknown sources; then retry. If you see a certificate warning in the browser, ensure your phone's date and time are correct (incorrect time breaks SSL verification). If the app does not update automatically, uninstall and re-download the latest version from our site. For iOS users who cannot install the app, use the browser-based kerajitu at kerajitu.app — it functions identically and does not require an App Store listing.
Data, permissions, and account security on kerajitu
The kerajitu app requires permission to access your device's internet connection and, on Android, to send notifications. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, location, or file storage. All account data (username, email, balance, KYC documents) travels through encrypted HTTPS; we do not store passwords in plain text and use industry-standard hashing. When you deposit via local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment, those payment details never touch kerajitu servers — your bank or payment provider handles the transaction directly. If you suspect unauthorized access, use our account-recovery page to verify your identity by email or phone within one business day.
